Abstract

AI and blockchain technologies are transforming recruiting processes by rectifying 
inefficiencies in conventional hiring methods. AI-driven screening improves the precision of 
candidate assessment, while blockchain guarantees data security and transparency, establishing 
a solid basis for intelligent recruitment systems. 
Objectives: Enhance recruiting precision, optimize candidate assessment, secure credentials, 
and increase transparency in recruitment processes through the integration of AI and 
blockchain technology.Methods: Integrates AI algorithms for candidate evaluation with blockchain technology for 
secure credential verification, establishing an automated, secure, and efficient recruitment 
method. 
Empirical Results: The model attains 96.5% accuracy, 95.8% precision, 95.9% recall, and 
enhanced data security, surpassing conventional techniques. 
conclusion: The integration of AI screening with blockchain verification improves recruiting 
precision, mitigates biases, and guarantees secure, efficient, and transparent recruitment, 
fostering innovation in human resource management.
