Abstract

Background Information: Mobile app testing faces challenges due to varied devices, operating systems, and user scenarios. Integrating crowd-based testing, AI-powered platforms, and synthetic load testing enhances testing effectiveness. These methodologies ensure scalability, usability, and reliability, addressing performance and compatibility under real-world conditions.
Objective: The objective is to optimize mobile app testing by leveraging diverse testing approaches to enhance usability detection, time efficiency, scalability, and resource utilization, ensuring robust, user-centric applications with seamless performance under peak demand and varying user conditionsMethods: Crowd-based testing ensures real-world usability evaluation, AI-powered platforms automate anomaly detection and test prioritization, and synthetic load testing simulates peak traffic scenarios. Combined, these methods provide a comprehensive framework for accurate, scalable, and efficient mobile app testing. Empirical Results: The combined approach outperformed individual methods with 95% usability detection, 94% time efficiency, and 98% scalability. It ensured robust testing coverage, dynamic contextual analysis, and reliable load performance across diverse real-world scenarios. Conclusion: Integrating crowd-based, AI-powered, and synthetic load testing enhances mobile app testing by addressing scalability, usability, and performance challenges. Future work includes deep learning integration, real-time contextual testing, and blockchain adoption for secure and transparent testing processes.
