Withdrawal Policy

Authors may withdraw a manuscript from International Journal of Knowledge Management and Leadership under the following conditions.

  • Before review begins: a manuscript can be withdrawn on request, without charge.
  • During review: withdrawal is possible but discouraged, because editors and reviewers have already given their time. The request must explain the reason.
  • After acceptance: withdrawal is allowed only for compelling reasons, such as a serious error found by the authors.
  • After publication: an article cannot be withdrawn. Problems are handled under Corrections and Retractions.

How to withdraw

The corresponding author sends a written request, agreed by all authors, to the editorial office through the Contact page. The manuscript is not considered withdrawn until the journal confirms it. Submitting the work elsewhere before then is treated as duplicate submission.
