- Published articles are kept on the publisher's servers, with regular backups.
- Each article has a DOI registered with Crossref, so that links to it continue to work if its web address changes.
- Authors may deposit any version of their article in institutional or subject repositories at any time; see the Repository Policy. Copies held elsewhere help keep the work available.
- If the journal stops publishing, the publisher will keep the published articles accessible online.
